1) PHOTOS ONLY

Exterior photos will include blue sky replacement; watermarks are available upon request. Photos are typically delivered within 24 hours upon appointment completion via Dropbox. I am available for photos Monday through Friday 10:00am-4:00pm. For specific scheduling availability email, text, or call. I accept payment via PayPal or Venmo. When the photos are ready, I will email an invoice. Once payment is received a link to download the photos will be emailed.
For houses larger than 4,000 finished square feet or any special requests, contact me for a custom quote. Anything more than 15 miles from downtown Grand Rapids may be subject to a distance charge. The client retains the license to use the photos indefinitely. I also retain the rights to use the photos for my portfolio and various other digital and print media. Below is a sample licensing agreement.
